If you say that the clouds are rolling in, do you mean that they are moving fast too?

The clouds are moving at moderate to high speed; not, at any rate, at a lazy pace. But when clouds "roll in", there is also an implication that they are large cumulus or nimbo-cumulus – i.e. not dainty little things.
