meeting
Hi,
In Italy parents can have a talk with their children's teacher once a week according to a timetable.
How would you call this meeting?
Could you say ,for example:
The meeting of the maths teacher is on Monday from 9.00 to 10.00 ?
Twice a year all the teachers meet parents in the afternoon. How can we call this meeting? general meeting?
Thanks Rip

The maths teacher is available for meetings on Monday from 9:00 to 10:00 (if it is a weekly scheduled meeting slot, use Mondays).

This is normally called a Parent's Evening.
Thanks Rip
I am not a teacher.

Re: meeting
We call the periodic meetings (usually after reporting periods) a "parent-teacher conference."
We don't have the weekly availability that you describe.
