Default ENGLISH GRAMMAR TERMS

WHAT IS THE WORD OR TERM USED WHEN 2 WORDS SOUND THE SAME, BUT ARE SPELLED DIFFERENTLY, AND ALSO MEAN DIFFERENT THINGS.
