grammar question

Hi Teachers,

could u pls tell me the correct grammar of the highlighted area in the sentence below?beside that,any other problem with it?

Should I use:

"of who needs" or
"of who need" or
"of whom needs" or
"of whom need" or simply "who need" ?

As you will see on the enclosed resume, my experience in IT offers you all of the qualifications listed in your advertisement,of who needs little or no training and being fully bilingual in English and Japanese.

As my resume states, I have the qualifications you are looking for. I am an experienced IT professional who needs little or no training and I am bilingual in both English and Japanese.
