    Question Use of either...?

I am writing about my current situation and I would say something like this:

I am just moved from Italy to London and am looking for a new challenge in either UK or Europe.

I am not sure about the use of either in this case, may be I have to write the sentence without either, like:

I am just moved from Italy to London and am looking for a new challenge in UK or Europe

    ???

As a native speaker, I think your sentence would sound better as

I have just moved from Italy to London and am looking for a new challenge in either the UK or Europe.

    Question Re: Use of either...?

There is not enough space for all the words in where I have to write this sentence. I would change it to:

I havejust moved from Italy to London and am looking for a new challenge in theUK or Europe.

I deleted either. Does it work yet?

Makes perfect sense to me with or without the "either", (but add a space between "have" and "just")

So, Buggles, when shall we use "either" in that kind of sentences?

I'm a spanish native speaker and we don't have any words like "either". In spanish I would normally say " in the UK or Europe."

Does that word emphasise the sentence?

    Thanks :)

In the UK, do you not consider the UK to be part of Europe? From over here, we do. I'm surprised by the use of "or."

As a non native English, I think that you have to say

I'm a native Spanish speaker (you can omit speaker)...

I used or because I want to say that I would like to find a new challenge in UK though I am available to relocate in the rest of Europe.

Does it make sense to you?
