    Are there any differences for "Speech" VS "Address" in the meaning of formal talk?

    A very subtle one.

    An address is focused on a group; a speech can be regarded as more generally intended.

    A speaker will be asked to give a keynote address to a conference.
    A politician will make a speech at the party conference.
