Dear sirs,
could you help me whether there is any difference between these three phrases: on the left, to your left, to the left.

Depends on the context of the phrase.
"You" may not be anywhere near the place indicated. If you mean in terms of being used by, say, a tour guide, then I agree that they all probably mean the same.
