Please can you help me. If you saw this written what would be understood or how would it be interpreted.
100% Natural and Organic
Would it mean 100% natural and 100% organic or would it mean 100% natural and some/part organic

It probably means 100% natural and 100% organic,
but sometimes an advertiser deliberately gives an ambiguous statement, hoping that's what you'll think.
Unless its explained in more detail later on in the advert, it's probably best to read this as 100% natural and maybe 100% organic.
