We are very glad to inform you that the 5th Annual General Body meeting is organized on 27.9.08 (i.e. on the foundation day of the exalted PNT Market) and request every member to assemble in Board Room at 4.30 pm.

HODs are requested to inform to their team.

The agenda for the Annual General Body Meeting is as below:

1) Welcome speech by General Secretary
2) Brief note on last year activities by Joint Secretary
3) Nomination of new Committee Members for next two years by president
4) Proposal for awarding scholarship for meritorious children’s (Board Exam only)
5) Family outing
6) Any other subject with permission of president.
7) President speech
8) Vote of thanks & National Anthem
