English for the hospitality industry - Resources

Hi,

A friend of mine is going to teach English to elementary level learners and lower intermediate level learners in a five star hotel. The target group includes housekeeping staff, reception , bell staff and drivers.

Are there any resources online or books you would recommend? Or any websites where I can look at resources?
I'd appreciate any help .
