As you are aware that we are the most valuable customer having nearly 100 airtel CUG connection from you. Apropos to our meeting on 24.9.2008 and as per discussion, we would like to bring the following points:


1) Rate plan to be revisited:
Airtel: Monthly rental be reduced from Rs. 254/- to Rs. 199/- which includes STD & SMS pack at free of cost with additional 200 SMS free & all others benefits to continue.

PNT: We further stipulate that the monthly rental to be reduced to Rs. 150/- in view of our colossal business with you and potential of increasing more connection in future.

2) Blackberry Handsets
Airtel: Please let us know which handsets you would be interested, would be able to help you close at an attractive price.

PNT: We are interested in blackberry pearl 8110 and Nokia 5310 in an attractive price, which helps us to purchase in bulk quantity on behalf of our employees. Even the employees will be happy to get the handset in subsidised rates.

3) Airtel tower – Rental charges

PNT: As agreed by you please pay the rental charges for the airtel tower erected in our campus. As per the agreement it is Rs. ____ / sq.ft.

3) Airtel tower – Rental charges

PNT: As agreed with you, please pay the rental charges for the Airtel tower erected on our campus. As per the agreement it is Rs. ____ / sq.ft.

We are happy to inform you that after our consistent follow-ups, the Airtel has revisited their plan from Rs. 249/- to Rs. 179/-, which allows PNT to enjoy Rs. 70/- per CUG as an additional talk time. Rate plan is attached for your reference.

In addendum to this, we have decided to reduce the ceiling limit to members by Rs. 50/- (CUG members can enjoy Rs. 20/- an additional talk time). Currently the ceiling limit is Rs. 500/- and now it will be Rs. 450/- per CUG.

This order is issued with immediate effect.

Dear CUG Members,

We are happy to inform you that after our consistent follow-ups, Airtel has revised their plan from Rs. 249/- to Rs. 184/- (including *STD pack - optional), which allows PNT to enjoy Rs. 65/- per CUG as an additional talk time. The revised rate plan is attached for your reference.

In addendum to this, we have decided to reduce the ceiling limit to members by Rs. 50/-. For example the current ceiling limit of Rs. 500/- will be now Rs. 450/- per CUG. This order is issued with immediate effect.

Further, we would like to inform you that this *STD Pack Rental @ Rs. 35/- per month (STD to any number @ Rs. 1.00/Min) is optional and those who are willing to avail this STD pack may send the details to my mail on or before October 9, 2008 midday.
