You are not the only one reading this. There are probably some readers of this thread who do not know what an IPO is. (I didn't.) As for "single-search transactions", if you understand that what IPOs do is recruit personnel for companies large and small then you can figure out that it means they are looking for individuals to fill openings for individuals (CEOs, account managers, chief engineers, etc.).
