Default subject word agreement

What words should I use instead of "their?"

Mark is one of those fellows who makes the all-you-can-eat buffet owners want to snatch their plates away.

Oh, I see. The buffet owners want to snatch away plates belonging to fellows like Mark NOT The buffet owners who want to hide their own stacks of plates from fellows like Mark. Haha. OK, I see what you mean. Gee, I don't know how to change it without rewriting the entire sentence. Sorry. Maybe someone else has a better suggestion.

Yes, rewriting is in order:

'Mark is a fellow who makes the all-you-can-eat buffet owners want to snatch his plate away.'

'Mark is one of those fellows who makes the all-you-can-eat buffet owners want to snatch the plate away.'

'Mark has an eating disorder.'
