The author has various views of the teashop. What are they? That is, what does he think of the teashop? - positive feelings? negative? Does he like it? Is he impressed? Does he think it's beautiful? ugly?
Now, whatever you've decided; how has the author "made vivid his impressions". For example if you've decided he doesn't like it, what negative things does he say about it. What is his description like. Does he point out the negative features and gloss over the positive features? What does he say about the lighting, the decorations?
It he describing a teashop you would like to visit? If so, what is it in his writing that makes you feel that way, etc.
