ultimate flawed idea
Please, dear teachers and friends,
what does 'ultimate flawed idea' mean?
Does it's something to do with 'insight'?
How do you call the act of having ideas in the middle of the night, at 3:00 am, for example?

A flawed idea is an inadequate idea: an idea which has failed.
