Are these correct? If not, why? What do they mean?
1. When is the bridge closed?
2. Anyone know when is the bridge is closed?
3. Anyone know when is the bridge closed?
4. Anyone know when the bridge closed?
5. Anyone know when the bridge is closed?

6. Anyone know when the bridge is closed?
7. Anyone know when bridge is closed? (Since 'bridge' is countable, it has to have a determiner right? )

What do these mean?
8. Anyone know when bridges are closed?
9. Anyone know when the bridges are closed? (Do I need to use the determiner 'the' here? Does it matter? What does it mean?)

Are these correct? Is 'stuff' countable and do I need to use the determiner 'a' or 'the'?
10. Anyone know when the stuff is going to go down?
11. Anyone know when stuff is going to go down? (Do I need a determiner 'a' or 'the' between 'when' and 'stuff'? If not, why?)
12. Anyone know when a stuff is going to go down?
13. Anyone know when stuff are going to go down?

#1 and #5 are correct.
When a noun phrase begings with a question word, the word order of the noun phrase changes.

(Does) Anyone know [something]?
(Does) Anyone know [Question word + Noun phrase]?
(Does) Anyone know [Question word + Subject + Verb]?
(Does) Anyone know [when + the bridge + is closed]?
