and I heard the following.
Is this correct?

I ask each of you guys what is your greatest weaknesses
My greatest weaknesses is helping everyone


Should this be

I ask each of you guys what are your greatest weaknesses
My greatest weaknesses are helping everyone


plural agreement right?

in case if you want to double check it

One of them says:
My greatest weaknesses is helping everyone

That is, he names one weakness, which one would expect rather than some litany; so the singular verbs are fine - in both instances, it should be the singular 'weakness', not the plural.
