Abstract: The quality education plays an important role in the cultivation of college students' competence. Therefore, the quality education points out a significant direction in the reform of higher education pattern. The article clarified the dialectic relationship between the quality education and the moral education in universities, indicating that not only the moral education is an organic part of the quality education, but it is the core and the soul of the quality education. Furthermore, the interaction among the moral, mental, physical and aesthetic educations also enhances higher education.
The clarification of the dialectic relationship between the quality education and the moral education has a great significance in both theory and reality that deal with the comprehensive promotion of the quality education and the talent cultivation in universities.
