Complaint letter about wrong ad

If you see any problems in the following sentences, can I have your comments?

Situation: You found out that the info in the ad was wrong when you visited the advertised accommodation.

1. This letter is to express my disappointment at your wrong ad.

2. When I visited your accommodation, I found out a lot of information in your ad was not true.

3. Your ad lied/ or your ad was wrong.

4. Your ad said that self-catering is possible in your accommodation , but I found it impossible.
