Please help me make my dream come true...I need a tutor

Hi, I am planning to attend college sometimes next year. As part of the requirement to enter college, I must pass the Regents Essay Exam which requires students to write an essay from five given topics in an hour. I am really bad at writing and organizing my thoughts under pressure. I am desperate for a tutor who would give me a topic to write either once/twice a week and would grade my essay. Please help me make my dream come true. Thank you very so much.

P.S: I am very new to this website, please add me if you can because I don't really know how this site works at all. Just to show you that I am sincere and serious about this, for the past 2 days, I have been trying my best to do as many ESL Grammar Tests as I could possibly can. I really learn a lot from just doing these exercises. I am for ever grateful to whomever has founded this website and has made it availble for people like me to learn English.
