Hi,
Considering that the context is art and both words are nouns, is there any difference in meaning, please?
For example, does "I made a beautiful draw." mean the same as "I made a beautiful drawing."?
Thanks.

I'm afraid, not. "Drawing" is the only possible noun meaning "a picture". "A draw" as a noun means: 1) a game that ends with both teams or players having the same number of points.
2)a game in which a ticket with a name or number on is taken out of a container in order to choose who will win a prize.
When you say "I drew something" that means you created a picture using a pen or a pencil, whereas, when you say "I panted something", it means you used paints (watercolour/oilpaints/whatever).
