..we have already informed...
However, what I am not clear about is whether you are informing them so that they can arrange the inspection, or that you are telling them that you have arranged the inspection.

Sorry to make the confusion. My meaning is we have arranged the inspection.

Ah, right - then "we have already informed the customer that we have arranged for the inspection"..
