    Default is this sentence correct?

    Why the schedule is slipping again to Oct 20? Please keep your committed schedule for Oct 16 as we have been informed customer for the inspection.

    ..we have already informed...


    However, what I am not clear about is whether you are informing them so that they can arrange the inspection, or that you are telling them that you have arranged the inspection.

    Ah, right - then "we have already informed the customer that we have arranged for the inspection"..
