    Hi there,
    Could you proofread the following sentence?

    While we strolled on the street, it suddenly started raining. So we ran embarrassingly to a shelter so that we wouldn't get wet.

    1 I would use were strolling along
    2 IMO embarrassingly doesn't fit- why is it embarrassing?
