how to improve my listening skill?

my listening skill is very bad. what should i do to improve it?

When I started learning English, I had nobody to practice with. So I was talking to myself and I still. And for me, I'm fallen for English music, so I used English songs to improve my listing skillsm I just listen the song and I read the lyric of it:oops:.

Now I speak very fast like British people, I'm good at telling lies am I? :-D
