I'm surprised the list of antonyms doesn't include the most obvious - demotivate definition | Dictionary.com

This definition doesn't mention it, but in my experience this verb occurs mostly as a participle; so 'Playing against weaker opponents can be very demotivating' or 'I always feel demotivated when I'm playing against weaker opponents' seem to me more natural than 'Playing against weaker opponents demotivates you'; but this isn't wrong.
