Default correct usage of words

Please kindly take off/remove your shoes.

1. Can 'please' be used with 'kindly'?

2. Should it be 'take off'' or 'remove'?

Many thanks.

How formal do you want to be?

Please remove your shoes
Kindly remove your shoes

OR

Please take off your shoes
Kindly take off your shoes.

The first two are more formal than the second; "Please" and "kindly" could be used together, but it is not necessary or usual.

Both are correct but only one should be used at a time.
Please take offyour shoes.
Kindly take off your shoes.

Take off and remove are interchangeable but the former is most common.
Hope this helps!
Dawood
