    Default "create a problem"

    Hi,

Is there an idiom for "to create a problem", please? What I mean is "to turn a small thing into a big issue" or " to make too much noise because of a small thing".

I hope my boss wonīt create a problem when I ask him one day off next week.

    Thanks.

    Thanks a lot. Very interesting!
I wonder if "create a problem" is a natural expression in English.
    Thanks!

Perfectly natural and normal. Says what you need to say.
