Depends on what you are trying to say.
If you mean that something is the same as it was when filed, then The documents are as originally filed.
If you are referring to someone's action, then "The plaintiff has originally filed a complaint, but is now changing the charge". It would more usually be n the past: "The plaintiff had filed...."
