which one is correct?
Our customer is 1. running low the storage 2. running out the storage 3. out of storage 4. short of storage and requested these goods urgently. We appreciate that if you can help to advance your production and delivery the goods as early as you can. Please advise your schedule to us for the customer.

Hi Zoe, there are a number of possibilities here.
"running out of storage",
"running low on storage",
"short of strorage",
are all acceptable, and indicate that the storage space is almost full.
"out of storage" means that the space is completely full.
I hope that this helps you.
Peter
