Default Correct way of describing the height of a person

Dear great teachers,

Which is the correct way of describing the height of a person in words?

A. I am one point four nine (1.49) metres tall.
OR
B. I am one point forty-nine (1.49) metres tall.

Please advise, thanks, Help Wanted
