If you're talking about the hair of Pythagoras, the first is right.
If you're talking about the hair of Pythagora, the second is right.
Ho Chi Minh's. For the normal possessive you add " 's "
Neither. Hilary Clinton's face. To the name you add an apostrophe + s.
Minhs' and Clintons' would be right if their respective names were Minhs and Clintons, but they aren't.

Re: possessive case
Thank you very much
The next questions are:
In possessive case, why we must use "the car that is the boss's "
, not "the boss's car"?
What is the different between "three hours' jouney" ( in Possessive Case) and "a three-hour jouney" (in Compound Noun)

who told you that? No one would say "the car that is the boss's"
"the boss's car" is correct.

even native english speakers argue over whether "a three hours journey" or "a three hours' journey" is correct. They all mean the same.

I doubt whether even Michael Swan would say "the car that is the boss's".
In any case, if he can write that in a grammar book and get paid for it, I can certainly correct it when asked by a confused student.
IF he wrote that one should use "the car that is the boss's" in preference to "the boss's car", then he is wrong. Does he give a reason for the use of this bizarre phrase?
By the way, what date is on your copy of Swan?

No problems. I thought you probably misquoted, It's quite common here.
