You would just say "Happy Halloween." It isn't childish, it is just having fun. My manager at work is going to dress up like a pirate tomorrow. Anyone can have fun with Halloween!

Halloween Day Hello! Is it appropriate or safe for me to say "Happy Halloween Day" to some American colleagues and a business partner of mine? Would I be a bit childish if they are of business relationship? Could you please suggest? Many thanks!
