Default out,out of,outside,in time,on time.

Hello,

I`m not sure when to use :

1) OUT OF, OUT and OUTSIDE.For example:

They caught me staring out of the window.
They caught me staring out the window.

I have never been outside my native country.
I have never been outside of my native country.

2) IN TIME or ON TIME.

They told me they wanted to get there in time.
They told me they wanted to get there on time.

I must have this finished in time.
I must have this finished on time.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

They caught me staring out of the window. Correct
They caught me staring out the window. Not correct- use 'of' to linkto the noun.

In time = manage to do it, but have tostruggle with time.
On time = punctual, correct time
