How to imporve English in writing

I would like to know how to improve my writing. I think the main problem of my writing is lacking in cofidence and grammatical errors. Especially, when I have to write an formal documents.

Reading is input and writing is output. Therefore you must read books and study how they write, especially with grammar. If you are a beginner, you should start with a teacher. If you want to write, write. Practice makes perfect. You must write a lot and read a lot.
