what kind of literary device does this sentence use?

similie? metapohr? oxymoron? understatement? irony? hyperbole? onomatopoeia? pun? personification? alliteration? imagery?

I think it's an oximoron...news is always new information delivered timely and right up to the last minute. If it's old, it can't be news.
