Yes. Probably "This email is intended only for ..." is better.
What does andheri mean?

i thought it would be better if we ask " the e mail is for those who are working at club house, andheri"
Dose it not misleading if we say it is meant for all who works out of andheri ( some place)
(FOr those working other than andheri)
This phrase OUT OF can be used as in the following egs:
He did it out of fear,love (where it displays one's character )
He is out of andheri ( Literally meaning moving away )
This toy is made out of some by products of metals
what is u r opinion?

yes, much better, if the email is meant for people working at the club.

working "out of a place" means you are based at a place, and working elsewhere, perhaps in the community. If the email is for them, you'd phrase it as did originally.
(for those working other than andheri)
