    Default Precis-writing

    Is there any rule for title in precis-writing?
    What I mean is:
    How many words do I use for title? Do I need to underline the title?
    Some say 7 wrods, other,9 words and other,there is no rule for title.

    I know of no rule about the number of words in the title of an abstract or precis.
