Wink Romeo and Juliet

Good day, I'm Afrikaan speaking and find Romeo and Juliet difficult. I'm busy studying Romeo and Juliet for the final exams grade 11 and want to ask a few questions please.

Was Shakepear an actor aswell? or just a poet and dramatist, and play writer?
In the play they state that "All comers were made welcome if they were not of the Montague"
Why was this the case?
In which city did these people live?
Why did Benvolio want his friend to attend thid supper?
