Can I write like that?
(Do the following sentences give exactly same meaning?)
1.He had an etraordianry tale to tell. (This is the correct sentense.)
The extraordinary tale that he had to tell. (Is it correct?)
2.He had been thrown on to the floor of the car and told to keep quiet.(Correct)
Someone had thrown him on to the floor of the car and told him to keep quiet. (Is it correct?)
Thank you in advance.

'The extraordinary tale that he had to tell' doesn't mean the same as sentence 1, because it's not a sentence; it's a noun phrase + a relative clause. The relative clause is fine. Try making "the tale" the subject of the verb "was" - you're on the right track.

Or, if you want to sound rather literary, and emphasize how extraordinary the tale was, 'It was an extraordinary tale that he had to tell', or - even more emphatic - 'How extraordinary was the tale that he had to tell!' In all three cases, the relative clause (that he had to tell) is the same. You had this right in your first post!
