"these" with uncountable noun

I guess we could use "these" with uncountable nouns, right?

I have seen such a phrase like "these information".

Am I correct?

These is the plural of this
Those is the plural of that

information always IS...so "these" (plural) is not correct.

I concur with Natalie, yet would like to add that I too have heard 'these information'. It's rather rare, and certainly not what a language learner who knows the the Rules would expects to hear from a native speaker, but I have heard it, especially used in a legal context with reference to different sources of information e.g., These information do not contain.... I dare say prescriptivists or even the likes of the TOEFL would deem it correct, so be careful when you use it.

I asked the question because I am writing a paper. The situation is exactly like what Casiopea said. I have information from different sources, which makes feel that "this information" is not appropriate.


Many times I found grammar and the actual way of using a word are totally different. I think that's reasonable since grammar always try to be concise, which might loss some information, and laguages do change fast.
