    Default Lips and Hips

    “Lips and Hips are over at a chick's magazine right now.”

    This is a line from the movie, How to lose a guy in 10 days. I need to know if the expression lips and hips is for sure an idiom referring to women. In the movie, the actor said that line pointing that there are two women right now are going to meet to discuss a woman magazine.

    It's not a collocation I've met. I'd guess it was a nick-name for those two particular women.
