What does this mean???
Dear Sir,
I am not sure I understand the meaning of these sentences. It says" We have, as it were, just landed on these shores; there is a vast deal to be done; and he who will not be doing, must be set down as a drone." What does "must be set down as a drone" mean?
"Way up high, you are thinking." What does "Way up high" mean?
Thanks:)

He who will not be doing, must be set down as a drone.
If a person doesn't pitch in and help out, s/he will be considered lazy.
Way up high, you are thinking.
Without additional context, I'd have to guess: above us.
