I think, it is a kind of game. Did u search about it on google?

To 'go for the burn' is also a phrase used by people who are exercising. It means to work hard enough that one can feel a burning sensation in the target muscles.

That's what I meant to say. Doing physical exercise to burn the extra calories stored in the form of fat.
