restricted to
Hello everyone
I'd like to ask if I can use "restricted to" in the following sentence:
This right is declared in the Constitution and is restricted to laws “On state secrets”, “On national safety”, regulations of the Civil Code in respect of bank secrecy, commercial secrecy and privacy of personal life.
The intended meaning is as follows: the right declared in the Constitution is included only in these laws and regulations, i.e. only these laws and regulations cover this right (tell something about this right).
