freight calculation
I would like to explain you that there is some difference for the calculation between sea and air shipment. Sea shipment is based on the volume of the goods. But air shipment need to compare with the weight vs the volume and select the large figure. There is no miscalculation for the amount I shown to Carol. Please find the breakdown shown below for your easy reference.

I would like to explain how freight costs are calculated in sea vs air shipments. Sea shipment is based on the value of the goods, but for air shipment we must compare the weight against the volume and select the larger value. The shipping cost shown to Carol was not a miscalculation; please refer to the enclosed breakdown of calculations for an explanation.
