Which is a better word order?

What does English mean for Czech language? OR What does English for Czech language mean?

Neither arrangment makes good sense as stated. What are you trying to say? It seems as if you are asking about the effect that English has on the Czech language? Or a translation of English into Czech? Or what does English mean to a Czech native-speaker?

Please explain in a bit more detail.

The meaning is: The influnce on the English language. The vocabulary....that Czech language uses Anglicisms...
