wording in an email

The following email is to be sent to the staff. According to the stuffs in the binder it seems like it belongs to one of the staffs. But it has no name on it. Please help to send out the email.

I found a blue binder in the women's washroom on the second floor of science builing. The binder has a lot of research papers in it. It is on my desk now. Please pick it up if you have lot it to you.
