Hi there,
My surname is Peterson, and my given name is Gary.
If I follow the following instruction, then it will be PETERSON, Gary OR Gary PETERSON:

Surname followed by given name in Block Capital.

Hi there,
I want to ask the meaning of the following instruction:
You should write your surname followed by given name in block capital.

So, if my given name is Gary and surname is Peterson, should I write Gary Peterson OR Peterson, Gary according to the above instruction.
