Which is the correct sentence?

The option enable values to be manually entered by learners

or

The option enable values to be entered manually by learners

"Manually entered" or "entered manually" are the same, but it should be "The option enables...."

I prefer 'entered manually', but both are acceptable. I'm a BE speaker, while Ron's American, BTW.
