Default Text in Madagascar

Hi

I will be leaving for Madagascar at the end of August to teach english at a theological college

My students knows no English so Iwill have to start from scratch

Can somebody please suggest a few text books and grammars

Grammars:

Michael Swan (Oxford) Basic English Usage or Practical English Usage

Dictionaries- Online www.dictionary.com or www.onelook.com
Paper- Oxford Wordpower (elementary- intermediate) Cobuild (more advanced)
